Buffini & Company
Our association with Buffini and Company allows our agents, at all production levels, to participate in the highly respected 100 Days to Greatness referral lead generation program. This 100 day program provides agents with a systematized, step-by-step platform on which to build a strong referral business allowing them to focus on building relationships and offering ultimate client care. Every office manager is a certified mentor which supplements the accountability aspect of the program.

Success Strategies Institute
Success Strategies Institute and it’s owner Tom Ferry play an integral role in our agent education. We offer exclusive training seminars to our award winning associates which are conducted by Tom Ferry, one of the leaders of agent coaching in our industry.

Pre License
If you’re just starting on your path to become a successful real estate associate we’ll help you get the basics out of the way. We offer high quality Pre-license training.

The state of California requires that you complete a Principles of Real Estate course, pass both an open book test and the final state exam in order to apply for your license. You will also receive all the necessary materials to help you successfully prepare for the state exam.

Secondly, after passing the State Exam and while you are waiting on your license you will benefit from Prudential California Realty’s exclusive “Foundation Series” training. Once licensed, you’ll progress into one of the nations premier training courses called ‘100 Days to Greatness,’ developed by Buffini and Company and offered locally exclusively through PCR. Participants nationally average 1 closed and 2 pending transactions in 100 days.

Foundation Series Foundations is our own intensive two week course which provides motivational and technical training for those new to the business and agents who want to energize their efforts. While covering the contracts and related paperwork in depth, the focus is also on such subjects as industry ethics, goal setting and time blocking, lead generation, objection handling and the overall confidence necessary to be successful.

100 Days to Greatness
Every salesperson wants referred leads…but few salespeople know how to generate them on a consistent basis. Our exclusive offering of Buffini and Company’s 100 Days to Greatness is a step-by-step program which focuses on lead-generation by referral. It is quite simply the most significant training tool in the marketplace. Real Estate Dynamics
Real Estate Dynamics is a five-day productivity course for all Prudential Real Estate sales professionals. The course combines business development strategies, presentation workshops and skill practices in a supportive environment to help sales professionals interact successfully with buyers and sellers to build or boost a successful real estate career.

Annual International Convention
Through our Prudential affiliation we also offer all agents the unparalleled training opportunity that occurs annually at our International Convention. It brings together agents and companies from all over North America. Additionally, our best agents are able to participate annually, in the Prudential Summit meeting. This meeting is designed to make the best in the business even better.
