MEET RICH COSNER

Rich Cosner, President of California Realty and 30-year real estate veteran, began his career in Cleveland, Ohio at age 21.

Rich has seen many changes in the real estate industry and has always upheld unparalleled customer service as central to his company growth model.

Moving to California in 1980, he managed an office for Merrill Lynch Realty, and in 1984 was promoted to regional Vice President for the Orange County region.

Launching his own firm in 1987, he successfully grew the company to the #2 spot in five short years in one of the world's largest franchise systems. He changed franchise affiliation in 1992 when his organization became Prudential California Realty. The company is presently the 62nd largest real estate company in North America and is approaching annual sales volume of almost two billion dollars.

Presently, the firm operates in North Orange County, the Inland Empire and San Bernardino Counties of California. The company has eleven offices and more than 1,100 sales associates.

Rich Cosner is cited by colleagues nationwide as an innovator and leader in residential real estate.
