I have been involved in Real Estate since 1998, first as a Multi Family Property Manager, then as an Investor and now as a Realtor. I have sold property in four different states and purchased properties from Banks, Auctions, and Counties.
Today, I am focused on helping First Time Home Buyers find their American Dream and helping Home Owners find Default Resolutions. I also help Investors secure, rehab, manage and sell Short and Long Term Real Estate Investments.
Corporate America
I worked in Corporate America for over seven years in Accounting and Finance. My first five years I worked for The General Electric Company and the last two at SONY.
I quickly achieved a high level of success, becoming a Controller for a fully stand alone business of the GE Company after just two years.
Today I apply the same hard work, dedication and corporate training I received in Financial Management, Leadership and Six Sigma Process Improvement, to run a successful Real Estate Firm that is focused on earning your trust and referral one deal at time.
Education and Background
I graduated Cum Laude from the University of Southern California, The Marshall School of Business with a B.S. degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance.
I am a Licensed California Real Estate Broker.
I grew up in Downey, CA and have bought, owned, managed and sold property in LA, Orange, San Bernardino and Riverside Counties. I have also lived and relocated to and from four other states.
Today I call the Inland Empire home and I am active in my church and local civic and service organizations.
