I never hand off ANY duties to assitants or other agents.
I personally sit down with my clients and explain everything I can before we start escrow, during escrow, inspections, walk throughs and if desired I even sit with my clients when it comes time to sign docs!
I understand the stresses of purchasing and selling a home so I make myself available to my clients at all reasonable hours, seven days a week. I want to be there to answer any and all questions and to help calm those butterflies you may have, at the very moment they need it.
