Background of Professional Qualifications
Prior to joining Prudential California Realty, I worked in the mortgage lending industry. However, I derived my vast knowledge, professional conduct, and work ethics from one of America's top Fortune 500 companies. As a Project Manager for the Boeing Company, I became a seasoned business professional. I have excellent interpersonal and managerial skills, and am proficient at managing multiple complex tasks.
During my tenure at Boeing, I was highly recognized and awarded for evaluating high profile needs, issues, as well as possible complications, and in turn, quickly resolving them. As a Real Estate Broker, I am highly skilled in negotiating on behalf of my clients. I have an in-depth understanding of the current real estate market conditions.
One of my passions is handling high-profile and luxury residential properties. As a certified Fine Homes specialist, I am thoroughly knowledgeable in buying and selling these types of properties. Based on my great success in the luxury real estate market, I created "The Hutchinson Group - Fine Homes Division. "
Specifically, The Hutchinson Group - Fine Homes Division handles all matters with respect to luxury homes, including marketing, public relations, and consulting. This allows my clients to have personalized attention for their needs. I focus on providing quality service for my clients. To me, each client is a person with certain interests and goals. Moreover, I strive to surpass the goals my clients would like to achieve. Because of this, I have garnered extremely rewarding relationships with my clients in the real estate industry.

Personal Interests and Hobbies
We may share some common interests. At the very least, we enjoy living in the splendor of Southern California.
I attend Harvest Christian Fellowship Church; Greg Laurie is my pastor. (He is an excellent pastor and Bible teacher. I strongly encourage you to attend any sermons by him.)
Since I have international roots, I love working with families from diverse backgrounds and cultures. I truly enjoy meeting people of all ethnicities and nationalities.
I have a wide range of hobbies, including shifter kart racing, riding my ATV, and jet skiing. (You might even catch me racing on the weekends. After all, I am a member of both the Los Angeles Kart Club and SuperKarts! USA (SKUSA). As a member of SKUSA, I participate in the races within the ProKart Challenge South series; these races occur on a monthly basis within California.)
As you might expect, I also love watching sports: football, basketball, baseball, and professional car racing, especially Formula 1.
Recently, I adopted a puppy from a local animal shelter. My puppy, named Little Bear, is so much fun. Needless to say, I have become a dog lover. I even watch dog shows and competitions. (If you have ever thought about adopting a pet, I would highly recommend it. For me, it has been a very satisfying experience.)
Of course, living in the entertainment capital of the world, I must admit that I am a "movie buff." Southern California has so much to offer its residents.
