Amy Biddle
Amy was born and raised in Rancho Cucamonga, attending both Etiwanda and Alta Loma High Schools. She, her husband of 11 years and 2 boys have been involved within the communities of Claremont, Upland, Rancho and Fontana for the greater of 5 years. Prior to joining Prudential California Realty in August 2009, Amy worked for over 15 years retail sales management, leading high volume stores and districts. Amy began her real estate career in 2005 working as a Loan Officer and she quickly advanced by leading the office in converted transactions over the internet proving she had understood that the new wave of buyers were coming from the web.


After promoting to management she saw the need for a short sale division as the market took a shift, and spearheaded the office to move towards that niche.  Her office became dominant in the filed closing short sales well within 90 days and has now brought this proven process to our team. 

 

Amy takes a proactive approach to doing business in today’s ever changing world.  While leveraging her insight and relations with past lenders and investors, Amy coaches her agents in how to gain an upper hand when representing offers being written.  She works with agents supporting their initiatives whether it be Commercial, REO’s, Short Sales, Equity or Probate, she has vast knowledge in all areas that agents are learning how to get ahead of the curve and are reaping the rewards of the education and experience.  


Since joining Prudential California Realty, the Rancho Cucamonga office has more than doubled the productivity on both listing and buyer sides. This is due to her motivation and accessibility, to be in the game with each agent along the way to ensure successful outcomes of their dedication to the transaction.  Amy brings coaching and training that organically reflects current market trends and needs, including the usage of technological tools that are required to be in the real estate game at the top levels, including YouTube, text, websites, social media, etc...
