Biography

     Michael Nugent has resided in the Inland Empire since 1989. Corona has been his home since the 15 FWY started making its way on pavement. He graduated from Norco High School, obtained an AA from Riverside Community College, then acquired a Bachelor in Science from California State University San Bernardino in 2002. Michael's home town and areas of expertise is Eastvale, Corona and Riverside. He currently runs a full service real estate consulting practice in the Prudential California Realty offices in the City of Corona and Rancho Cucaonga. Michael is fluent in Spanish and 70% of his clientele is Hispanic. Currently, Michael oversees his short sale negotiating division located in Corona, his residential listing office and single family residential FLIP division. You can alway find Michael Nugent in the city of Eastvale listing and selling real estate. The city of Eastvale bacame one of California newest cities in October 1st, 2010.

His main focus is on Short Sale & standard residential listings. He also coaches all types of buyers with the purchasing process. Michael has been practicing real estate since April 2002. He started off as a buyer's agent for the first few years and eventually became a residential listing agent. He has been directly associated with the management of REO from 2007 to 2010 and now, he possesses a solid and a diversity of skills within the real estate industry.

As fas as San Bernadino county, the cities of specialization are: Chino, Chino Hills, Ontario, Upland, Rancho Cucamonga, Fontana and the city of San Bernardino where most of Michael's property FLIPPING business takes palce. He has also, listed property in Yorba Linda, Anaheim Hills and Anaheim.
